This policy explains what information FortisAI collects through this website, how we use it, and how to reach us about it. It does not cover the separate data-handling terms in a signed client engagement, which are governed by that agreement.

Information We Collect

When you submit the build inquiry form, we collect what you provide: your company name, industry, project stage, and a description of what you are trying to build.

Like most websites, our hosting and security infrastructure automatically logs standard technical data: IP address, browser type, and request timestamps. This is used only for rate-limiting abuse and diagnosing outages.

We do not use advertising trackers and do not sell any data to third parties.

How We Use It

Inquiry details are used solely to evaluate your project and respond to you. Nothing you submit is used for marketing without your separate consent.

Where It Is Stored

Submissions are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database operated by our infrastructure provider, Supabase. Access is restricted to FortisAI staff who need it to respond to inquiries.

Retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as reasonably useful for follow-up, and delete them sooner on request. See Contact below.

Your Rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete any information you have submitted. Email us using the address below and we will act on it within a reasonable time.
